All houses fitted with a quality oak and glass staircase to a contemporary design. The format of the stairs varies with house type.
GALLERY STAIRS
The stairs with 1st floor balustrade overlooking the hallway offer some drama as one enters the house. The Larkspur and Oakdean feature a floating 1st floor walkway with twin roof lights in the apex of the roof that allow light to flood in.
ROOF LIGHTS
Opening rooflights are used in the hallway atrium and in each of the bathrooms for maximum light and airing,
BI-FOLD DOORS
The fully opening, 4m wide aluminium bi-fold doors really bring the inside and outside environments together for enjoyment throughout the spring, summer and autumn months.
